Dear Publishers, Authors, and Booksellers,

The Alpine Rotary Club will host the 2nd Annual Way Out West Texas Book Festival on July 31 and August 1, 2009. We invite you to come out to beautiful Alpine, Texas, to sell your product on Saturday, August 1, during the author programs throughout the day.

Set-up for vendors begins at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 1, with breakdown at 4:30 p.m. in the Sul Ross State University Center's Espino Conference Center, 2nd floor (http://www.sulross.edu/pages/3761.asp). All author programs are scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be presented in conference rooms immediately adjacent to the vendor area.

We have a limited number of spaces, so please reserve early. Those of you who participated last year will notice we are cutting back by several spaces, to eliminate overcrowding. But that means more competition for the space, so, again, reserve as early as you can.

You must contact Jean Hardy at info@wowtxbookfestival.com  before reserving any vendor table space.

Please indicate the number of tables (30” x 6’) or spaces, if you are bringing your own table(s), below:

Please respond by July 1, 2009. Once spaces are filled, however, no additional reservations will be taken. In the event of cancellation by a vendor, we will keep a "will-call" list.
