Dear Vendor,
The Alpine Rotary Club will be hosting the Way Out West Texas Book Festival on August 8th and 9th, 2008. We invite you to come out to beautiful Alpine, Texas, to sell your product on Saturday, August 9, during the author programs throughout the day.
Set up for vendors will be 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 9, with breakdown at 4:30 p.m. The author programs will all be in the Sul Ross State University Espino Center on the second floor, beginning at 9:00 a.m. and ending at 4:00 p.m. Vendors will be set up on the second floor mezzanine right outside of the two conference rooms where the author programs will be held.
Please indicate the number of tables (30” x 6’) or spaces, if you are bringing your own table(s), below:
