___________Concert Angel - $5,000 - $10,000

Your donation will be earmarked to guarantee the Grand Finale Concert, featuring The Flatlanders featuring Joe Ely, Jimmie Dale Gilmore and Butch Hancock, at the Pete Gallego Center on July 31.For this generous gift, you will receive:

  • VIP seating and refreshment at the Concert
  • Major recognition in public advertisements
  • An engraved plaque to be presented at the Friday Banquet.
  • A custom window poster at your business (if applicable) identifying you as a Concert Angel to your customers.
  • Your name listed as an Angel in all programs and on event Web site.
  • Two tickets to both the Friday and Saturday night events.

Your donation will help us attract top talent and extend the reach of advertising throughout the state. For this generous gift, you will receive:

  • A custom window poster at your business (if applicable) identifying you as a Benefactor to your customers.

Your $500 donation supports a stipend and travel allowance for an author or performer we bring to Alpine. For your sponsorship, you will receive:

  • A custom window poster at your business (if applicable) identifying you as an Author Sponsor to your customers.
  • Your name listed as an Author Sponsor in all programs and on Festival Web site.
  • Recognition each time your author is introduced to an audience during the Festival.
  • Two tickets to the Friday night Banquet.
  • Event badges identifying you as an Author Sponsor.

Your $250 donation supports half the stipend for an author or performer brought to Alpine. You will receive:

  • An attractive flyer identifying you as an Author Co-sponsor, for display in your business window (if applicable) or car window.
  • Recognition of your Co-sponsorship when your author is introduced to an audience during the Festival.
  • Your name listed as an Author Co-sponsor in all programs at the event and on the Festival Web site.
  • Two tickets to the Thursday Night Meet-and-Greet.
  • Event badges identifying you as an Author Co-sponsor.

Your donation of $100 provides funds for printing and stationery costs and any other expenses where they are needed:

  • Your name will be listed as a Partner in all programs and on the Festival Web site.
  • One ticket to the Thursday Night Meet-and-Greet.
